Asparagus ~ by Kelsey

I could eat these until I make myself sick!  I love them!

Ingredients:
asparagus
olive oil
salt

Wash the asparagus and snap off the woody ends.  Put a tiny bit of oil in a large frying pan and cook the asparagus on medium heat.  Sprinkle with salt.  Cook until they are as done as you like them.  I like them to get a little brown.

  1. hey! i was going to put this up too, i even took pictures and found my cord. unfortunately my stupid computer will not take the photos off my camera for some reason. i like to put lots of fresh ground pepper on mine too!

  2. Add some fresh minced garlic to the oil as it heats up....

  3. I do this, but in the oven. I heat it up to 425 and put the oil and asparagus on a cookie sheet. I cook it till it's crispy. I love it!
